Group missing 5–10 minutes past their time? Let the next ready group go. Try the phone number once. Update the log and tell the clubhouse.

One hole behind — remind them
"Hey folks — you're about a hole behind. Let's pick it up if we can." Suggest skipping a hole if needed.

Faster group waiting — offer play-through
"Would you mind letting the group behind you play through? Keeps things moving for everyone."
Always friendly, never confrontational. You can be firm without being rude. If someone pushes back hard, note their cart number and radio the manager — don't escalate yourself.
